Ratlami Sev
As the story goes, the Mughals were passing through Ratlam when they had a sudden craving for sevaiyan. With wheat being scarce, the Bhil tribe rustled up an alternative from gram flour and spices, which soon became a prized local treasure. 200 years later, the GI tagged Ratlami Sev continues to be a favourite. Sprinkle it liberally over your food or enjoy a mouthful.
