ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
If a payment has already been made, the refund will be processed within 5–7 working days from the date of approval.
RETURNS
Only defective or damaged products are eligible for return. Returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
GLASS BOTTLE PRODUCTS
For products packaged in glass bottles, any damage must be reported or returned immediately upon delivery. Please inspect glass-packaged items at the time of delivery.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Products that are not defective or damaged are not eligible for return, given the perishable nature of our products.
