DELIVERY AREA
We currently deliver only within Bangalore. Orders outside Bangalore cannot be accepted at this time.

MINIMUM ORDER VALUE
We accept orders with a minimum value of ₹500.

SHIPPING RATES
- Orders between ₹500 – ₹1,999: Flat shipping fee of ₹65
- Orders ₹2,000 and above: FREE shipping

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within 2 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location within Bangalore and product availability.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund using your original payment method.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an estimated delivery window. Products may occasionally be delivered in separate shipments.
