Kimchi - Traditional Napa Cabbage
This Korean delicacy has finally made its way to Mumbai! Our kimchi is made of organic napa cabbage, hot pepper flakes, ginger, garlic, radish, leek, soy sauce, spring onions and onions. With a taste profile that can be described as spicy and sour, our kimchi has no artificial flavours, no preservatives or vinegar and its All Vegan.
Ingredients: Napa Cabbage, Water, Salt, Garlic, Onion, Korean Chilli Flakes (Gochu Garu). Soya Sauce, Spring Onion, Apple, Pear, Radish, Carrot, Leek, Rice flour, Sugar, Ginger, Seaweed, Xanthan Gum.
Best Before: 4 months from the date of MFG.
Storage Instructions: Refrigerate at all times. Do not shake as it many fizz. Consume within 7 days after opening.
