Kkakdugi is a type of kimchi made from diced radish. It’s a very common kind of kimchi and often used in Korean everyday meals.
Ingredients: Radish, water, garlic, Korean Chilli Flakes (Gochu Garu), onion, spring onion, Apple, Pear, Rice Flour, Sugar, Salt, Ginger, Seaweed, Soya Sauce, Xanthan Gum
Best Before: 6 months from the date of MFG.
