Coconut Sugar

Our coconut sugar is produced in a protected and controlled environment using icebox technology, in our farms. We are the first farm in the world to adopt Icebox technology. By using icebox method, we do not add any anti fermenting agents in the process of collecting sap. Once the sap is collected it is dehydrated to sugar. To put it simply our ingredient is natural coconut sap.
