Clary sage has been in use since ancient times, most commonly used to relieve menstrual symptoms, manage stress, cleanse skin and promote health. Once referred to as ‘the women’s oil’, it is an especially popular product for coping with period pain and mood swings.

Directions of uses: Use in candle or diffuser for aroma therapy. Dilute in carrier oil and apply on skin/hair.
