Organic Malai Paneer
Akshayakalpa Organic Malai paneer is handcrafted using 100% organic milk from free-roaming, organic-fodder fed cows. Traditionally prepared by adding organic curd- without addition of synthetic citric acid, tartaric acid or lime juice- it has no additives, preservatives or emulsifiers. A careful preparation process ensures that our malai paneer boasts of authentic home-made flavour and a melt-in-the-mouth soft texture, making it a versatile and ever-loved ingredient in most Indian cuisines. From a classic curry, delicious starters or even mouthwatering desserts, its subtle, milky flavor complements both traditional and innovative fusion dishes.
Akshayakalpa Organic Malai Paneer also has a high nutritional value. Best Before 1 month from the date of its manufacture. Once opened, please do consume it within a day or two.

Storage Instructions: Must always be refrigerated at a temperature of 3-4 degree centigrade. If some paneer remains after opening the packet, we suggest to store the blocks in cold water in the refrigerator and use it within a day.
