A spice mix to prepare puliyogare
Ingredients: Red Chillies, Copra, Till Seeds, Tamarind, Sugar, Turmeric, Fenugreek, Cumin, Black Pepper, Mustard, Coriander, Asofoetida, Curry Leaves, Bengal Gram Dal, Ground Nuts, Salt, Vegetable Cooking Oil, and Malic Acid
Directions for Use
- Cook 400 gms of raw rice (not over cooked or undercooked). Transfer the cooked rice into a shallow vessel and allow it to cool
- Heat 3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a kadai and empty the contents of Adukale Puliyogare powder packet into the hot oil. Stir and switch off the flame
- Now spread this on the rice kept for cooling, Mix well gently.
- Serve it with Adukale Majjige Huli
