With a high cacao percentage and minimal sugar, it’s all about exploring the personality and flavour of the beans. This bar is for the lover of pure dark chocolate and exhibits fruity and floral flavour notes. We worked closely with our farmers in the post-harvest processing of the cacao beans to develop these flavours, resulting in a bar of truly unique and blissful signature chocolate!
