How to Cook?
- Soak Millet Vermicelli in water for a min, drain water and steam cook for 10mins and keep aside.
- Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds, add Bengal gram (Chana dal), Black gram (Urad dal) and fry till slightly golden.
- Add green chillies, grated ginger, chopped vegetables of your choice and stir fry for 5-6 mins.
- Add the steamed Vermicelli to the stir fried vegetables.
- Mix well and serve hot.
