How to Cook?
1. Soak Millet Vermicelli in water for a min, drain water and steam cook for 10mins and keep aside.
2. Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds, add Bengal gram (Chana dal), Black gram (Urad dal) and fry till slightly golden.
3. Add green chillies, grated ginger, chopped vegetables of your choice and stir fry for 5-6 mins.
4. Add the steamed Vermicelli to the stir fried vegetables.
5. Mix well and serve hot.

Ingredients: Wheat flour, finger millet, pearl millet, foxtail millet, little millet, kodo millet flour, salt.
Best before: 9 months from the date of packing.
Storage instructions: Once opened store any remaining noodles in an air tight container.
