Masoor dal is often used in daily Indian cuisine, leaving wheat & rice behind has never been this easy! Use these noodles in both Asian and Italian dishes for a protein packed, nutritious meal.
Cooking Instructions:
- Bring 1-2 ltr (4-8 cups) of generously salted water to a rolling boil
- Add the pasta & maintain a rolling boil uncovered until desired softness is achieved
Al Dente - cook for 9 mins
Just Right - cook for 12 mins
Soft - 15+ mins
- Drain & rinse pasta underwater
- Add to your favorite sauce, vegetables and garnishing and serve fresh
