Tofu is a naturally vegan, sturdy non-coagulated cousin of tofu that is made from chickpea flour, salt, and nothing else. This dish originated from the Shan state of Myanmar and is taking the world by storm. It is a source of clean protein for vegans, vegetarians, and flexitarians. Deliciously handcrafted. No preservatives.

Burmese tofu a.k.a Tohu is made using ground-up chickpeas (besan flour). We’ve added our special combination of flavours and a touch of turmeric. That’s what makes it taste better than just the chickpeas alone.

Tohu originates from the Shan state of Burma (Myanmar). For whatever it’s worth, it is soy and coagulant free as well. As always, no chemicals, preservatives.  No nasties. 100% clean label.
