Kara sev is a spicy traditional Indian snack most popular in Southern India and always present in the Diwali snacks menu. This snack's main ingredient is gram flour. It is also a perfect snack for evening tea time. 

With ingredients such as gram flour, rice flour, chili powder, whole pepper, garlic and salt, Kara sev is an easy snack to prepare. However, we need to ensure the right amount of everything for a perfectly cooked Sev. This snack is available across the sweet and savouries shop. There are some famous region specific Kara sev, but still homemade Kara sev is most loved by everyone due to the usage of high quality ingredients including the oil. Ingredients: Rice flour, rice bran oil, gram flour, urad dal flour, butter, pepper, salt.

Best before: 6 months from the date of packing.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool and dry place in an air tight container.
