Ribbon Pakoda
Ribbon Pakoda, also known as Ribbon Murukku, Nada Tengogal and Aaku Pakodi, gets its name from its unique shape. It is a crispy snack, made with besan and rice flour. The ribbon-like shape is achieved by passing it through a press or mould. It is one of the most well-known snacks in Tamil Nadu and is often an accompaniment to a hot cup of filter coffee.

Storage Instructions: Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, transfer the contents to an airtight container.
