Ditch the wheat for good with our Red Lentil Penne pasta, made only of versatile and delicious 100% Masoor dal, Enriched with Added Fibre. Masoor dal is often used in daily Indian cuisine, leaving wheat & rice behind has never been this easy!
Cooking Instructions:
- Bring 1-2 ltr (4-8 cups) of generously salted water to a rolling boil
- Add the pasta & maintain a rolling boil uncovered until desired softness is achieved
Al Dente - cook for 9 mins
Just Right - cook for 12 mins
Soft - 15+ mins
- Drain & rinse pasta underwater
- Add to your favourite sauce, vegetables and garnishing and serve fresh

Storage Instructions: Keep the bottle in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Product may liquefy in high temperatures, but this will not affect the quality or taste of the product.
