Triphala - three fruits - is an Ayurvedic herbal formula consisting of equal parts of three herbs: Amlaki (Indian Gooseberry), Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica) and Haritaki (Terminalia chebula). Triphala is recommended and used more than any other Ayurvedic herbal formulation.
