Cafe Noir is a pure coffee bar, made by grinding coffee beans with our in-house organic cacao butter and minimal organic sugar. We chose the MS Estate Organic Coffee for its fruity, balanced, and mild profile.
This unique bar was first crafted for our Pod to Plate cacao dinners, in partnership with the Danda Food Project. The taste is of strong espresso and the high caffeine content makes it ideal for serious coffee drinkers.
