Avalakki Bisi Nimbe Bhath or Oggarane (Tempered) Avalakki (Poha) is a very famous breakfast item in Southern Karnataka. Light and healthy, this breakfast mix contains Poha tempered with Peanuts, Mustard, Bengal Gram Dal, and Black Gram Dal and spiced with Chillies, Lemon, and Ginger.
