A completely nature and refreshing drink made by inoculating ginger tea with ginger bug. A slurry of fresh ginger, sugar and water that has been allowed  to ferment until bubby. A squeeze of fresh lemon round off and balance this spicy ginger drink and bring out great undertones and nuances of the lovely ginger root.
