Pineapple Bird’s Eye Chili
Makes 8 – 10 drinks
Pineapple grows abundantly in Kerala, and Bird’s eye chilli is actually Thai chilli that grows in the coffee estates as a part of the ecosystem, it’s helpful for the coffee plants, just the way pepper and eucalyptus is. Together pineapple and chilli are a killer combo.
Usage: You can add one part Swa Pineapple Bird’s Eye Chili syrup to six parts of water or soda and ice.
Can also add some rum for fun evenings.
Try a chili-salt rim when making this drink. Use a lemon to rub on the rim of the glass, and simply dip it a flat plate containing some salt and chili mix.
