Kuruva Rice (Parboiled)
Kuruva parboiled rice is beautiful & tasty red rice from Kerala.
It is a good choice as plain boiled rice, or as a flour
Soak before cooking, cook with 1: 3.5 water, keep for three whistles on high flame, and another four on low flame. Red rice is cooked and ready to eat when the rice opens up like a pink-hued flower!
