Jyothi Kerala Red Rice (Par Boiled)
Jyothi Parboiled Rice is sourced from a single farm in Kerala. It is slender, versatile, and delicious. Easy to cook (relative to other red rice) and soft.
For cooking in a vessel, use 1:4 water. For cooking in pressure cooker 1:3.5 water and 4-5 whistles based on how well cooked you need your rice. Cook inside a separate vessel to avoid starch coming out during the whistles.
