Serving suggestions: Try plating this Gouda with fresh fruit, olives, fruit preserves, chutneys, bread, crackers, and mustard.
Suggested pairings: Champagne, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, and Merlot.
A young, mild Gouda also pairs exceptionally well with brown and amber ales, while the mature Gouda that’s nuttier in flavour goes ideally with single malt scotch.
