The natural tartness of hibiscus flowers really comes together with perfectly brewed black tea leaves and dust. A bit of lemon juice and sugar. The colour is divine.
Usage: You can add one part Swa Hibiscus Tea syrup with six parts of water and ice for a refreshing iced tea. You can easily use hot water for a piping hot hibiscus tea as well.
For a tea cocktail, use some gin and Swa Hibiscus Tea syrup, top it up with a bit of soda, and a lot of ice. A squeeze of lemon if needed.
