We’ve brought the classic cheese of Parisian bistros right to your plate with our Himalayan Gruyere, a sweet nutty flavour reminiscent of Swiss Gruyere that develops in complexity and strength over 3 to 15 months in our cheese caves.
Traditionally used as a melting cheese with Emmental for cheese fondue, this cheese works well for grilling in sandwiches as well! Use it in baking your quiches, cheese puffs, frittatas, cheese soufflés, and omelettes. Just add your garden-fresh herbs and you are good to go!
Serving Suggestions: Bread, fruit, and mustard.
Suggested Pairings: Champagne, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Zinfandel, and Merlot.

Best before 6 months from the date of manufacturing in the vacuum seal. Once opened should be consumed in 7 to 10 days and stored in the food-grade paper.
